Returns and Replacement

 

What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by PhotoPrinterOutlet.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. If an item has been opened, you must contact admin@photoprinteroutlet.com for authorization to return.

 

Software and Special Orders may not be eligible for return. Contact admin@photoprinteroutlet.com to discuss.

 

Do I get a full refund?

If you received FREE Ground Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Opened merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, as we cannot return it to the manufacturer but will have to sell it as used merchandise.

 

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are processed in 3-5 days after we receive your merchandise and restock your return.

 

Does Photo Printer Outlet offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of shipping date. We’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item.
